I have always liked bananas. I usually have one every morning. I like to slice and wrap them up in plastic wrap for use in my peanut butter smoothies, or just smash them frozen and hit with the electric mixer or food processor till they get the consistency of ice cream cover with chocolate syrup (no sugar version and/or Cool Whip Free.. Sometimes I add sliced berries to that mix Almost as good as real ice cream.
