We injected it just like we always do, came out golden brown. Patsy, said, "Hell, no we are not smoking one, we are going to fry it!" I am still going to smoke one at some point in time......by God

On the smoker, breast down for about 4-5 hours at about 250 - 275 with hickory. 👍
