What method do you use to sharpen your broadheads? Personally, I don't. I have a few that I use to practice with and I only hunt with new / unused broadheads. Once I shoot one, it goes to the pracrtice group of broadheads. When I practice, I only use broadheads because, as we all know, target tips fly differently. I have no use for target tips. What do yall use?

After I got through attempting to sharpen a broad head, it probably wouldn't penetrate a marshmallow

Well these Rages come with practice tips that fly just like the actual heads, but when I use fixed blades I do the same thing you do. I practice with one or two and the others are strictly for hunting.

Depends on which head it is.Something like the old Bear Razorheads I use an ultra fin bastard file.On replcable blade heads, like thunderheads,I will touch them up using a fine triangular stone made for sharpening tool steel machine cutters. If they are to far gone then I replace them.Blades are cheap compared to the cost of a hunt!
