Man was it awesome. Wild Salmon marinated in Jim Beam sauce, baked on a cedar plank with twice baked potatoes and asparagus with fresh rolls. Of course, I squeezed fresh lemmon juice and slathered sriracha on the fish. I've always wanted to try the cedar plank thing. It put a very strange but good flavor in the fish.

I've never tried salmon, I hear it's pretty strong. That sure looks good!

It is strong. The 1st bite was VERY fishy, but after squeezing Lemmon juice on it, the flavor was much better. It tastes a lot like Red Snapper.
