I bet yall are thinking that I'm a genius for coming up with this thread idea!
Fixing to put a big ol whole chicken in ours got it seasoned inside and out...probably cook it until about 11:30 then drain all the grease and juices and add cream of mushroom soup for it to finish off in for about an hour....damn we love this stuff

I like to use ours for pulled pork, like T70 does.

one of my faves is a cheap beef roast, cup of water w/two beef bullion cubes, one pkg of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix, Can of Condensed Mushroom Soup (2 cans for more gravy), add veggies, like onion, potatoes, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Low all day, or High if its from breakfast to noon. You can substitute the Mushroom Soup with Canned Tomatoes for that Swiss Steak method. Ro-Tel put a little zip in it. Bon Appetit..

Crockpots can get pork steaks extremely tender. Add chicken broth, chopped onion and green peppers to it. So good!

Man this is my specialty lol!! Here's another good one. Smothered deer steaks.
Season and flour deer steaks and brown in skillet. Slice an onion and lay onion rings on top of steaks in bottom of crock pot. Add a big can of cream of mushroom soup and cook on low for 8 hours.

Hello our American friends! We like the goose in the covered pan it is a real treat when the family arrive with full appetites. Times of joy and cheer are celebrated with ale and spiced chestnuts during the gatherings.
