Texas Chili That is probably too dam hot to eat. I tried some of this Widow stuff at the hot sauce store in Fredericksberg and it is crazy hot.

If you can't taste anything but that for the next three days, it's too hot! I like heat, but not at that expense.

I put one drop of Widow something or other on a pretzel stick, my mouth was burning, I was sweating, eyes watering, dam ears were ringing and nothing and I mean nothing helped until it just decided to wear off. Never again will I go there. I am thinking just leave the hot stuff out of the chili and add a little to your own bowl if you need it.

I like spicy chili but I live with some sissies so I have to make false alarm and Doctor mine in the bowl. 2 or 3 fresh Japs usually do the trick.
