It's been going on for years. Used to, a degree meant you had some kind of intelligence. Not so much anymore. Hell, look a Sheila Jackson Lee.

Most, and I'm guessing 70%, of graduates don't get jobs in the fields they studied.

my wife's degree has nothing to do with her job , yet they pay her 75 extra a month because she has one

A lot of companies do that. When I worked for Chevrolet, they put me through college and payed for every penny.
