For a long time were would marinate our steaks with A1 sauce and Tabasco. Rub it on with a little salt and pepper, then let it rest for 4 to 6 ours in the frig I was really surprised how good it is.
We are now using Fiesta fajita seasoning, Tony Chachere's seasoning, salt and pepper and Italian salad dressing for a marinade. Right after they come off of a hot grill we put a little garlic butter on them.

I love Fiesta Seasonings. My favorite is Uncle Chris' Gourmet Steak Seasoning. We have an entire cabinet for spices and seasonings. Upper and lower.

We pretty much use Tony's, Slap Ya Momma, salt/pepper for most things, along with extra stuff here and there for certain things.

got where I can't eat sardines or kippered herring without some Tabasco Green.. used to eat them with jalapenos and juice or plain pepper sauce. But I'm addicted to the Tabasco Jalapeno (Green) Sauce. A sprinkle or two on the cracker with the left over sardine juice ain't bad.
