These are just some images I found. I know nothing about this weapon other than I Want One. I wish my eyes were good enough to read that last pic. I don't know what gauge it is. Looks like a 16 to 28 range.

BT,it says its a Thomas Bland and Sons made in London.Its a 20 gauge.
