This is another good crock pot recipe. Having this one tonight. Pulled pork.
2 lbs pork roast, backstrap, whatever you prefer 1 12 oz coke or root beer 1 bell pepper 1 onion 2 garlic cloves
Pour coke in bottom of crock pot. Season pork however you like it. Put it in next in the liquid. Chop the veggies and put them in on top. Cook on low for 7 hours. Drain off all the liquid and put meat and veggies back in the pot. Shred pork with a fork and add your favorite bbq sauce. Let it cook another hour or so and make sandwiches or you can eat it by itself. Good stuff!! I cook in the crock pot a lot when we are all working so I'm always trying new crock pot recipes.

LOL yeah it makes it easy!! Just put it in first thing in the morning and let it do it's thing!!

Crock Pots are underestimated. Earlier this week, my bride made a small batch of Pinto's on the stove and I couldn't help thinking, how strange.
