I've always been intimidated by baking. Stuff with yeast that rises for some reason has always seemed out of my league. I was scared of the "science" of it all. I am facing my fears.

It's great. Over the next few days we're gonna kick around some yeast dough recipes. One is a pizza that's entirely made in one skillet on the stovetop.
